Most gyms sell you access and leave you to it. Female 42 is different. We coach the person first — understanding your goals, your lifestyle and what's held you back — then build training and nutrition around your real life, not someone else's plan.

This isn't about punishing workouts or cutting everything you enjoy. It's about strength that makes you feel capable, nutrition that actually fits, and steady progress you can keep.

Female 42 is a private, supportive coaching programme based in Cardiff. We train away from the loud, competitive gym culture — in small fixed groups of no more than six women, so you're known, supported and never just a face in the crowd.
